What is the cost of your service?
Our service costs just £6.00 per kg of ironing, fully inclusive of hangers and packaging for folded items. In addition, we collect your clothes for FREE.
Is there anything that you don’t iron?
We iron anything, all household laundry and bedding etc.If in doubt or have special requirments,please don’ hesitate to contact Alex Ironing Services.
What is your minimum order?
At Alex Ironing, we value all our customers equally no matter how much ironing you need doing. However, as for now we can only accept minimum 3kg of clothes, approximately.
Do I have to deliver/collect my garments personally?
No, you don’t. We are more than happy to collect your garments and deliver them back to you for FREE so you do not have to bother.
I do not live in Reading, but in a surrounding areas. Can I still use your service?
We are happy to offer our service outside of Reading at agreed surcharge.
When can you collect and deliver?
Collection and delivery are available from Monday to Sunday. Once we pick up your garments, we will advise you about delivery time that suits you best. Please bear in mind that in most cases we do this same day up to max 24h depending on collection time.
Do you provide hangers ?
Yes, we can provide hangers if required. Just please let us know.
How will my garments be delivered?
Depending on customer requirments we can deliver them folded neatly in a clear polythene bag, hanged or safely packed.
Do you offer a laundry service?
Not at present time. We only offer ironing service.
Prices
It is very simple. We only charge a fixed rate for a weight of your clothes to help you save more!
Minimum order is 3kg and it does not matter if these are shirts, trousers, dresses, skirts, tops with collars or even bed linen.
If you have special requirments, please give us a call, then we will deal with it in a timely manner. Please do not forget that minimum order is 3kg and it costs only £6.00/kg!!
